i don’t have a twitter so idk why, but Dr. Google says that twitter icon dimensions must be 73x73. And make sure you saved the image with the highest quality option.

you followed all the steps in the set up? ‘cause if you can’t find means that isn’t installed in you computer. but try this:
start > type “tlclean3ps” in the search > right click > open origin folder or smth like that (my windows is in portuguese) > then you keep with this process .
If doesn’t shows up anything the topaz is not installed.

Is a really fast tutorial but if you prefer:
1º - Open the picture blá blá
2º - click on the rectangular marquee tool and make a rectangle in the picture
3º - right button > stroke > width 1 px > select the color
4º - do it again if you want two strips
